📋 Official Promotion Rules Summary

• 1. THE VEHICLE: One 2022 Jeep Compass vehicle will be granted. The vehicle is awarded in its current condition ("As Is").
• 2. ANNOUNCEMENT DATE: The beneficiary will be selected on May 31, 2026.
  *Note: If the 3,000 catalogs are sold before this date, the selection process will be moved up automatically.
• 3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: For every purchase of one (1) "Jeep Compass Digital Catalog", the system will automatically generate a unique digital registration number.
• 4. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion valid for residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• 5. BENEFICIARY SELECTION: The selected number will be chosen using a certified random system (digital or physical) based on the registration number.
• 6. NOTIFICATION: The selected individual will be notified via email and phone call to the number registered at checkout. Up to 3 contact attempts will be made.

Important Notice – General Information

This document establishes the official terms and conditions governing participation in the promotion organized by ROAD WARRIOR PR (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”). This promotion has been structured to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Puerto Rico and the United States of America.

Participation in the promotion is completely voluntary and is subject to the full, express, and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained in this document. Any person interested in participating must carefully read these rules in their entirety before proceeding with any method of participation.

This promotion is a strictly commercial offer and does not constitute a bet, wager, or restricted game of chance. The vehicle will be granted solely through a random selection process among all valid registrations received during the promotional period, which will be announced exclusively through the Sponsor's official social media channels.

In order to ensure a fair, transparent, and administratively viable process, the Sponsor has established two alternate methods of participation, both with equal conditions and odds. Neither method of participation grants any advantage over the other, nor does it guarantee receiving the vehicle.

I. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Puerto Rico and the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and possess valid identification.

Employees, representatives, or subsidiaries of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings), and persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

II. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to participate or be selected. A purchase does not increase your odds of selection.

III. Methods of Participation

Participants may enter the Promotion through any of the following methods:

A) PARTICIPATION VIA DIGITAL CATALOG PURCHASE
During the Promotional Period, participants may receive registrations into the Promotion by voluntarily purchasing a "Jeep Compass Digital Catalog" offered by the Sponsor through its official online store.
The digital catalog is an informative digital product, with its own value, and does not constitute a betting mechanism or game of chance. The purchase of the digital catalog does not guarantee being selected nor does it increase the odds of selection, as registrations obtained by purchase and free registrations have the exact same odds.

B) FREE PARTICIPATION (ALTERNATE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION)
To participate without making a purchase, the participant must send a physical mail-in registration during the Promotional Period.

The participant must send an envelope containing a handwritten or typed document, including all of the following information:

• Full name and surname
• Date of birth
• Full physical address
• City, state or territory, and zip code
• Phone number
• Email address
• Express statement accepting these Official Rules

Example of a valid statement:
“I confirm that I have read and accept the Official Rules of the Promotion sponsored by ROAD WARRIOR PR.”

The participant must clearly write on the outside of the envelope: “FREE PARTICIPATION”

The omission of any required data, or illegible, false, or incomplete information may result in the disqualification of the registration.

IV. Promotional Period

The Promotional Period, which ends on May 31, 2026 (or earlier if the 3,000 available accesses are sold out), will be announced publicly through the Sponsor's official social media and website. Only registrations received within the announced period will be considered valid.

V. Beneficiary Selection

The beneficiary will be selected through a certified random system among all eligible registrations received. The odds of selection will depend on the total number of valid registrations.

VI. Notification and Verification

The potential beneficiary will be notified by phone and email. To claim the vehicle, they must comply with all requirements established by the Sponsor, including signing eligibility documents, liability releases, and any documentation required by law. If the potential beneficiary does not respond or does not meet the requirements within the established attempts, they may be disqualified and an alternate beneficiary will be selected.

VII. Vehicle and Delivery

The main item consists of a 2022 Jeep Compass, which will be granted to the beneficiary in accordance with these Official Rules.

• If the beneficiary resides in Puerto Rico, the vehicle delivery will be coordinated locally.
• If the beneficiary resides in the United States, shipping of the vehicle will be free and coordinated directly with the beneficiary.

The beneficiary will be exclusively responsible for the payment of corresponding taxes, as well as any tax obligation, registration, license, insurance, and applicable legal compliance related to the vehicle. The vehicle handover is non-transferable and is granted “As Is”.

VIII. General Conditions

Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate the process, commits fraud, or violates these rules.
